Security for the systems that move money.

Leading security strategy and architecture for a next-generation core banking platform at JPMorgan Chase.

One of the world's largest banks is replacing decades-old core systems with a modern, cloud-native platform, the ledger that clears deposits, lending, cards, and payments. I lead security strategy, architecture, and governance for that build, working through director-level leaders across platform security, infrastructure security, and governance and risk.

My focus is upstream. I shape architecture reviews, CI/CD and source-integration security, third-party concentration risk, and control-gap remediation before those decisions harden, and I translate complex platform, cloud, and resiliency risk into terms executives and regulators can act on.
