I led infrastructure and clinic security across more than 300 healthcare sites, where the systems support patient care and prescription fulfillment. When I arrived, controls were inconsistent from site to site and the risk was hard to see.
I standardized controls across the fleet, built secure-by-default cloud guardrails, and stood up AI-assisted detection and response. I hardened the pharmacy and clinic footprint through network segmentation, PHI-safe data handling, tightly controlled vendor access, and resilient monitoring.
